Terms of Service – Unity Christ Platform

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Unity Christ Social Network platform (“Platform”, “Company”, “Operator”).

The Platform is an online community service designed for content sharing, communication, and interaction within a clearly defined values-based framework.

By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, or using any part of the service, the user enters into a legally binding agreement with the Operator. If the user does not agree to these Terms, they must not use the Platform.

1. Supremacy of These Terms

These Terms constitute the primary and binding agreement governing the use of the Platform and take precedence over any other platform rules unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Age Requirement

Violation of any of these documents may result in moderation actions, restriction of account features, suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. Nature of Participation

Participation on the Platform is voluntary and does not constitute a legal entitlement. The Platform is not a public forum or public service.

5. User Content

Users are fully responsible for the content they publish. By submitting content, users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for the operation and development of the Platform.

6. Moderation

The Operator reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content and to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the Platform, community, or user safety.

Moderation decisions relate solely to content suitability and do not constitute judgments of personal belief, faith, or character.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Platform’s Privacy Policy (GDPR).

8. Final Provisions

By continuing to use the Platform, the user agrees to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
